At SandiBee Botanicals, we want you to love your beauty products! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events
  • Gift cards and digital products

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request
    Contact our customer support at SandiBeebotanicals@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Approval & Instructions
    Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Inspection & Refund
    After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days (minus any shipping fees).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please include photos of the issue, and we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider.
