Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5  business days, while expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • We ship all orders via Shopify’s integrated carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over $100.00 within the United States.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

  • International shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • SandiBee Botanicals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

  • If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to sandibeebotanicals@gmail.com, and we will assist you in tracking your package.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the damaged items, and we will work with you on a resolution.
